Veranda is a luxury holiday resort set within a golf course at Sahl Hasheesh, on the Red Sea coast of Egypt.
The Veranda resort sits on a 130,000 sqm site and contains 669 units. Veranda is located in the centre of Sahl Hasheesh on an elevated plot that allows it to have spectacular views of the Reed Sea as well as super views over the adjacent golf course.
You can enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of Sahl Hasheesh from the privacy of your own Veranda home by choosing either a spectacular detached or semi-detached villa, or perhaps a comfortable 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartment.
The design and layout of Veranda is impressive and includes swimming pools with waterfalls, lagoons and sub-tropical landscaping.
Veranda Location
The topographic nature of the Veranda site is very distinct - it is divided into four smoothly stepped levels, each of which is approximately one floor-level higher than the last. This gives the opportinuty for most of Veranda to have views of the crystal turquoise sea in Sahl Hasheesh Bay, and the lush green fairways of the golf courses surrounding the development.
Although Veranda is a stepped resort on different levels, the whole site has been designed to be accessible for people with disabilities.
Veranda Properties
Veranda includes a range of villas and apartments:
Sophia is a 243 sqm detached 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa that is arranged over 3 floors and has magnificent golf views. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional living room on the first floor that could be used as a 5th bedroom. They have private gardens and have optional private swimming pools.
Isabella is 190 sqm townhouse arranged over 3 floors with 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and a separate ground floor wc. It has a light and airy living room that looks out over the private garden. Some have golf views, whilst others have a view of the lagoons on the Veranda resort.
Alexandra Apartments are 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments of approximately 110 sqm. Some look onto internal courtyards with swimming pools and gardens. Others face the lagoons, where you can benefit from having your own secion of the lagoon as your own pool.
Alexandra Studios are studio apartments in the same building as the 2-bed apartments of the same name. These studio apartments are either 42sqm or 46sqm in total. They are positioned in the middle and the ends of the blocks and some come with 60sqm roof terraces. They tend to have views over the clubhouse or the lagoon pools.
Julietta and Margherita are two types of 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Julietta is 67sqm and has views of internal courtyards with swimming pools and gardens. Margherita is 66sqm and is located on top of the restaurant hub at Veranda, looking out onto the main pool, the clubhouse, and lagoons, and has breathtaking views of the entire development.

Veranda Payment Terms
Two different payment plans are available for Veranda:
Option A:
10% reservation fee (fully refundable).
15% upon signing contract.
75% in 12 equal installments paid quarterly over 3 years.
Option B:
GBP2,000 reservation fee (fully refundable).
25% upon signing contract (less the reservation fee).
25% six months after signature of contract.
50% upon completion (in 3 years).
An extra 5% payment is due on completion of Veranda to cover lifetime maintenance fees. This is fully refunded upon sale of the unit.
