Cash buyers paying 100% of the cost of the apartment upon contract can obtain a discount of 5% from the standard prices if buying one unit, with additional volume discounts for buyers purchasing multiple units.

Payment Schedule
The payment schedule for all of our properties at The View, Sharm el-Sheikh is:
Reservation fee of EGP10,000 (around GBP1200) fully refundable until contract.
40% upon contract.
60% in quarterly installments over a period of 24 months (8 post-dated cheques).
