Purchasers of the first 50 properties to be sold at Samra Bay will receive a 10% discount of the purchase price.
Purchasers of the next 50 properties to be sold at Samra Bay will receive a 5% discount of the purchase price.
Samra Bay Payment Structure
A generous payment structure is available on all properties at Samra Bay:
Studios and 1-bedroom apartments:
40% upon exchange of contracts
20% to 01.07.2009
40% upon completion (scheduled approx. end of 2011)
2-bedroom apartments
30% upon signature
20% to 01.07.2009
50% upon completion (scheduled approx. end of 2011)
Purchasers can opt to pay portions of the purchase price of their property at Samra Bay before the above mentioned due dates, to receive a discount of 7%.
For example, if the purchaser pays the purchase price in one single payment they would receive a discount of 7% on 60% of the price.
Samra Bay Escrow Account
For added peace of mind, payment for all properties at Samra Bay will be made through an Escrow account managed by a German legal practice.
