Prices at Red Sea Beach Resort will be increased on March 1st 2010.
Purchasers who reserve before then will be able to secure their property at the current rates and so beat the price rise - and make an instant increase in equity.This could amount to Euro15,000 on a 2-bed property.
To reserve a property, a deposit of Euro1,500 needs to be paid to the developer on or before 26th February 2010.
The Red Sea Beach Resort is being built on a superb 188,000sqm plot with a 600m-wide private sandy beach. It is 15km south of Marsa Alam International Airport and 50km north of Marsa Alam town. Construction will commence in March 2010, with completion expected at the end of 2012.

Payment Options
The red Sea Beach resort gives you flexibility in your payment options. Simply select the one that suits you best:
Payment Option 1.
You pay a €1,500 reservation fee to take the property off the market.
You then pay the balance (100% minus the reservation fee) when you sign the contract, usually
within three weeks. All funds will be held in escrow for your protection.
This payment option brings you an added benefit if you also choose the rental guarantee (available on two bed apartments only).The rental guarantee will take effect and start generating guaranteed income 18 months after the
full balance is paid.
This means you will start making a return BEFORE the resort is even finished! For example, if you purchased today and paid in full, you could expect to start generating guaranteed income 18 months from now, with your first year’s income paid to you (one year in arrears) in 30 months time.
Payment Option 2.
You pay a €1,500 reservation fee to take the property off the market.
You then pay three phased instalments of 25% during construction (minus the reservation fee).
And then you pay the final 25% on completion.
Escrow
The safety and protection of your investment is guaranteed through the use of an escrow agent.
You can pay your funds directly to the escrow agent or your solicitor can do it for you. This independent agent is legally responsible for all funds under their control.
They will exclusively supervise and work to promote a safe increase of the existing capital. Funds are only released by the organisation for the purpose of construction and this only takes place in accordance with the delivery plan, and only after careful attention has been paid to whether the relevant construction phases have been satisfactorily completed.
