Construction Quality
The apartments are being constructed to a stringent set of quality and construction guidelines to ensure that they meet and exceed the expectations of our international clients both upon completion and in the future.
The colour swatches for the resort are selected by the architectural team to ensure that the resort blends seamlessly with a mixture of colonial and eastern influence, reminiscent of 1001 Arabian Nights.
The exterior walls are to be treated with a five layer thermo-elastic coating providing excellent insulation for both heat and noise. This product is easily maintained, prevents damp and helps to avoid cracks caused by temperature disparities, keeping your apartment looking as good as new.
All window frames and sliding doors are manufactured from coated aluminum for longevity and as a result there will be little to no maintenance required.
Interior Quality
