Paradise Gardens Maintenance

Paradise Gardens Payment Schedule
The payment schedule for all our properties at Paradise Gardens, Sahl Hasheesh is:
10% deposit.
40% on exchange of contracts.
50% on completion (expected December 2009).
Mortgages available.
Purchasers at Paradise Gardens have the option of also paying the 50% balance upon exchange of contracts. If they choose this option they will get a 10% reduction on this 50% payment.
