  • 35% Upon signing contract, less the GBP2500 reservation fee (payable within 28 days of the reservation).
  • 15% Six months after signing contract.
  • 15% Twelve months after signing contract.
  • 25% Eighteen months after signed contract (24 months in the case of blocks A and B).
  • 10% Upon completion.
  • Option Two

  • GBP2500 Reservation fee (fully refundable up until contract).
  • 90% Upon signing contract, less the GBP2500 reservation fee (payable within 28 days of the reservation).
  • 10% Upon completion.
  • Buyers opting for Option Two benefit from a 10% discount from the purchase price.
  • Buyers opting for Option Two benefit from a 5% discount from the purchase price.

    Option Three

  • GBP2500 Reservation fee (fully refundable up until contract).
