The payment schedule for our apartments at Cleopatra Resort, Hurghada is:

15% nine months from payment of the deposit
15% twelve months from payment of the deposit
10% upon completion
Construction on Cleopatra Resort started in 2009. The development is scheduled for completion for May 2011.
